巴塘中蜂低温胁迫响应的转录组分析
Transcriptome Analysis of Batang Chinese Bee Under Low Temperature Stress
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the regulatory mechanism of low temperature stress response in Apis cerana cerana.[Method]Transcriptome sequencing was performed on cold tolerant genetic resource Batang Chinese bee.[Result]The results showed that a total of 285 differentially expressed genes were screened,including 243 up-regulated genes and 42 down-regulated genes.The Gene Ontology annotation result indicated that 125 genes could be successfully annotated to 98 functional nodes,mainly involving extracellular region,transmembrane transport and signal transduction.KEGG pathway analysis demonstrated that 44 DEGs are involved in 44 KEGG pathways.Phototransduction,neuroactive ligand-re-ceptor interaction,ECM-receptor interaction and metabolism-related pathways were enriched.[Conclusion]This study enriches the understand-ing of good traits of Batang Chinese bee,and provides basic data for further exploring low temperature stress mechanism.关键词
