牛粪对双孢菇菌渣发酵过程中细菌群落的影响
Effects of Cow Manure on Bacterial Community During the Fermentation of Agaricus bisporus Residue

Abstract
Using pure mushroom residue as a control,the mushroom residue was mixed with cow manure for composting.High-throughput se-quencing technology was used to detect the changes in bacterial species and relative abundance at different stages of composting in two treat-ments,which laid a theoretical foundation for exploring the energy consumption patterns during the composting process and the rational and ef-fective application of two types of agricultural waste.The results showed that the mixed composting of cow manure and Agaricus bisporus residue would alter the community structure of bacteria.There were significant differences in the types of bacteria that played a role in the composting process,especially during the maturation period.The dominant bacterial species in the control group was Treponema,while the relative abun-dance of Gemmatimonadota,Actinobacteria,Acidobacteria,and Fusobacteria in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group;in addition,the results of the co-occurrence network showed that the mixed composting of two substances enhanced the cooperation between microbial communities,thereby promoting the rapid decomposition of organic matter.The prediction results of bacterial function showed that the mixed composting of cow manure and mushroom residue was more conducive to the utilization of amino acids.关键词
