金铁锁产量和质量影响因素研究
Study on the Influencing Factors of Psammosilene tunicoides Yield and Quality
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To study the cultivation factors that affect the yield and quality of Psammosilene tunicoides.[Method]Conduct on-site investigations on the main production areas of Psammosilene tunicoides in Yunnan and Sichuan,and sample to analyze the yield and quality of medicinal materials under different cultivation environments and management methods.[Result]Different soil types,densities,fertilization,to-pography,planting methods,planting years,and diseases from different regions were important factors affecting the yield,and indicators for quality detection affected by different terrains.Recommended planting time for high-altitude areas(＞2 600-3 200 m)was 3-4 years,the plant-ing method was direct sowing,planting density was 600 000-750 000 plants/hm2,choose mountainous or sloping areas for planting,avoid pre-vious crops being perennial crops.Suggested planting time for medium to low altitude areas(1 800-2 600 m)was 1-2 years,choose farmland or gentle slopes with good drainage and less soil borne diseases for planting,the suitable density for direct sowing was 1 350 000-1 500 000 plants,the spacing between plants and rows could be selected as(6-8)cm×(6-8)cm,proper treatment of soil borne diseases or guest soil planting should be conducted during greenhouse planting.[Conclusion]The differences in yield and quality of Psammosilene tuni-coides from different regions were closely related to the cultivation environment and management methods.We should strengthen the scientific selection of land for Psammosilene tunicoides,adjust planting methods and densities,and carry out fine field management to reduce the occur-rence of grass damage and diseases through comprehensive prevention and control measures,providing high-quality and high-yield medicinal materials for the market.关键词
