烤冻多用烤房的应用效果研究
Study on the Application Effect of Roasting and Freezing Multi-purpose Roasting Barn
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the practical application effect of roasting and freezing multi-purpose roasting barn,and make the compre-hensive evaluation on the actual roasting effect,cold storage and fresh-preservation effect of roasting and freezing multi-purpose roasting barn.[Method]By setting up three different roasting barn treatments,namely small-type cold storage(CK0),biomass-mode roasting and freezing multi-purpose roasting barn(T1),and electric heat pump-mode roasting and freezing multi-purpose roasting barn(T2),the fresh-preservation effect of vegetables in three treatments was evaluated.Biomass intensive roasting barn(CK0)was set up,and its roasting effect of tobacco was compared with the biomass-mode roasting and freezing multi-purpose roasting barn(T1).Finally,the cold storage and fresh-preservation effect,roasting effect were comprehensively evaluated.[Result]The test of the cold storage and fresh-preservation effect showed that the biomass mod-el roasting and freezing multi-purpose roasting barn had better fresh-preservation effect.In terms of the roasting effect,the biomass roasting and freezing multi-purpose roasting barn could improve the roasting efficiency and reduce the fuel cost to a certain extent.And the quality of the to-bacco leaves after roasting was also improved.[Conclusion]The application of roasting and freezing multi-purpose roasting barn provided a new idea for the diversified utilization of roasting barn,and it had a great potential for promotion and utilization.关键词
