摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To improve the detection efficiency of various pesticide residues in rice and control the potential risk points of detection and analysis.[Method]According to the National Food Safety Standard Determination of 208 Pesticide Residues and Their Metabolites in Plant-based Foods,gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine 28 pesticide residues in rice,and the method was validated from the aspects of linearity,detection limit,quantification limit,recovery rate and precision.[Result]The gas chromatography-mass spectrome-try method met the standard requirements and could meet the requirements of the standard for the detection of 28 pesticide residues in rice.[Conclusion]This study provides guidance for laboratory validation of pesticide residue methods in related agricultural products.
