Design of Small Intelligent Transplanter
摘要
Abstract
The labor intensity in the vegetable transplanting process is high,and the problem of labor shortage is serious.However,the exist-ing transplanting machine models are large and not suitable for small and medium-sized shed vegetable transplanting operations,and are mostly semi-automatic models.Therefore,designing a fully automatic intelligent transplanting machine suitable for small and medium-sized shed oper-ations,realizing the automation of drilling,seedling picking,seedling delivery,and soil covering processes,is of great significance for the de-velopment of the vegetable industry.This transplanting machine is suitable for transplanting Solanaceous vegetables.The transplanting machine adopts a simulated manual transplanting mode to design mechanical actions.The punching mechanism is composed of a drill bit,an electric motor,and an electrical control system,and uses a speed control to control the size of the hole.The seedling picking and delivery mechanism consists of a seedling tray self moving platform and a seedling picking and delivery mechanical arm platform.It uses an electrical software con-trol system to regulate the movement of the seedling tray,the accuracy of the mechanical arm's seedling picking and delivery.The soil cover-ing mechanism is composed of an arc-shaped gripper,an L-shaped arm,an electric motor,etc.It uses an electric control system to control the frequency of the arm's gripper's back and forth movement,control the amount of soil covering,and achieve high-quality vegetable transplan-tation.The walking system adopts chassis tracks,electric drive,and remote control equipment to achieve mechanical automatic walking and turning.The number of seedlings planted by the transplanting machine is above 3 500 per hour,the success rate of transplanting is above 98%,and the survival rate of transplanting is above 99%,which can greatly alleviate the problem of labor shortage in the transplanting process of vegetables.关键词
