基于CFD-DEM耦合的土壤传热过程模拟
Simulation of Soil Heat Transfer Process Based on CFD-DEM Coupling

Abstract
In order to investigate the temperature distribution of jet combustion flame during weeding and analyze the heat transfer characteris-tics of jet flame in soil particles and porous media,the models of flame nozzle,soil particle bed and porous media were established by measur-ing and calibrating soil particle parameters.The thermal property transfer of jet flame temperature in soil layer was simulated by the coupling method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and discrete element method(DEM).The results showed that when the height of the nozzle was 100mm,the maximum temperature could reach 958 K,the temperature influence range was approximately a circle with a radius of 90 mm,and the heat transfer depth could reach 17 mm.When the height of the sprinkler head was 200 mm,the maximum temperature was 848 K,and the influence range was approximately a circle with a radius of 40 mm.The influence range and influence radius of the temperature were linearly related to the height of the sprinkler head from the ground,and both increase and decrease with the increase of the height of the sprinkler head.The test results showed that the maximum soil temperature of the flame nozzle was 926.15、913.95、887.35、860.85、818.35 K when the height from the ground was 100,125,150,175 and 200 mm,respectively.关键词
