Abstract
To explore the various factors and the whole process involved in cultivated land protection,and provide reference for the govern-ment's cultivated land protection decision-making under the background of territorial spatial planning in the new era.Based on the theory of actor network,this paper constructs an actor network of municipal cultivated land protection,which is composed of human and non-human ac-tors and actively participated by other actors.Based on the practice of municipal cultivated land protection,the paper puts forward four protec-tion strategies of municipal cultivated land:factor integration,structure optimization,function improvement and efficient supervision.关键词
