Abstract
The"Legal Literate Person"(LLP)training project is a crucial part of thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping's thoughts on rule of law,realizing the construction of a law-based countryside,and governing villages according to law.It is significant for cultivating practical legal talents in rural areas,the implementation of various measures of comprehensive rule of law in the countryside,and enhancing the legal aware-ness of the grassroots people.The LLP training project in Inner Mongolia's areas is in the early stage of exploration and formation,lacking practical experience.It is necessary to deeply consider the functional positioning and training mechanism of the LLP,find the"breakthrough"and"key points",so as to truly play the role of the LLP in rural governance according to law,dispute resolution,and legal education and publicity.关键词
