摘要

Abstract

In recent years,with the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)oblique photogrammetry technology,the application of real-world three-dimensional(3D)models for acquiring basic data in urban renewal and demolition areas has become increasingly widespread.Understanding the basic information of buildings in urban renewal zones and the surrounding infrastructure is key to ensuring the smooth progress of urban renewal projects.However,due to the complexity of the urban renewal area,with severe tree cover,cluttered street objects,and other challenges,the surface textures of 3D models derived solely from UAV oblique photogrammetry often have issues such as distortion,unevenness,and damage.As a result,the level of detail and realism of the models may not meet the requirements for information extraction in urban renewal projects.To address this issue,this paper proposed the use of air-ground integrated modeling technology to quickly obtain detailed 3D models and digital orthophotos of the urban renewal target area.Subsequently,a 3D mapping system was employed to create digital cadastral maps and rapidly extract building-related information,providing data support for managers to scientifically and rationally formulate urban renewal plans.
