卡瑞利珠单抗联合仑伐替尼对肝癌SMMC 7721细胞功能的影响
Effect of camrelizumab combined with lenvatinib on SMMC 7721 cell function in liver cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of carrellizumab combined with lenvatinib on apoptosis,proliferation and ex-pression of Ras,PI3K,Akt and mTOR in SMMC 7721 cells.Methods After the combination of carrellizumab and lenvatinib was applied to SMMC 7721 cells for 48 hours,the apoptosis of SMMC 7721 cells was detected by flow cytometry,the proliferation of cells was detected by CCK-8,and the expression of Ras,PI3K,Akt and mTOR proteins was detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the control group,the apoptosis of SMMC 7721 cells in the carrellizumab combined with lenvastinib group was increased,cell proliferation was slowed down,and protein expressions of Ras,Akt and mTOR in SMMC 7721 cells were de-creased,with statistical significance(P＜0.05),while the expression of PI3K protein was decreased,with no significant differ-ence.Conclusion Carrellizumab combined with lenvastinib can induce apoptosis of SMMC 7721 cells and inhibit cell proliferation by down-regulating the expression of related proteins in Ras/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway,thus achieving anti-tumor effects.关键词
