泽泻及其炮制品对高血脂小鼠血清总胆固醇含量和体质量的影响
Effect of Alismatis Rhizoma and its products on serum total cholesterol content and body mass in hyperlipidemia mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Alismatis Rhizoma and its decoctions on serum total cholesterol content in hyperlipidemia mice and compare their efficacy.Methods Forty C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,including the blank group,the model group,the purpura experimental group,the fried purpura experimental group and the wheat bran pur-pura experimental group,with 8 mice in each group.Except for the blank group,the other 4 groups were subjected to hyperlipi-demia modeling.After the modeling was completed,the three groups were treated with different purpura drugs by gavage.The changes of serum total cholesterol and body mass in each group were observed.Results Compared with those of the model group,the serum cholesterol content and body mass of the diarrhea group,the fried diarrhea group and the wheat bran diarrhea group were all decreased(P＜0.05),the reduced level of the wheat bran diarrhea group was better than that of the fried diarrhea group(P＜0.05),and the reduced level of the fried diarrhea group was better than that of the diarrhea group(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Alismatis Rhizoma and its processed products have obvious effects on reducing serum cholesterol,purgative effect of wheat bran is better than stir-fried purgative effect,and stir-fried purgative effect is better than ordinary purgative effect.关键词
