具有孔径梯度的热防护接结三层织物的制备与导湿性能研究
Study on the Preparation of Thermal Protective Bonded Three-layer Fabrics with Aperture Gradient and Its Moisture Transfer Performance

Abstract
Based on the moisture gradient theory,the aramid yarns were utilized to prepare the bonded three-layer fabrics with positive aperture gradient,inverse aperture gradient and positive aperture gradient air layer structure by tissue structure design and yarn configuration.The effects of different structures on the fabric perme-ability,moisture permeability and thermal protective performance were explored.The experiment results showed that the fabrics with positive aperture gradient air layer structure exhibited good thermal protective performance.Compared with the inverse aperture gradient structure,the positive aperture gradient air layer structure demon-strated better moisture transfer performance.This study provides new ideas for the design and development of thermal protection materials with good moisture transfer performance.关键词
