Abstract

Because of nano-silver's excellent electrical conductivity,good stability,high physical and chemical activity and other characteristics,the related research on nano-silver as raw materials for printed elec-tronic products is also increasing.However,the morphology and size control,synthesis method selection,sinte-ring method and cost-effectiveness of nano-silver are the main problems that limit its large scale applications.At present,the research on flexible fabric-based sensors based on nano-silver is also lacking.Based on this,silver nanoparticles were prepared by using silver nitrate standard solution,polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30(PVP K-30)and ethylene glycol.The preparation process was optimized by exploring the amount of PVP.The molar ratio of PVP to silver nitrate was determined to be 6∶1.The prepared silver nanoparticles had good morphology and the average particle size was 55.16 nm.The nano-silver conductive ink was printed on the fabric substrate by the material deposition system,and the nano-silver was chemically sintered.The effects of sintering time on the con-ductivity of nano-silver were investigated.The resistivity of nano-silver decreased with the increase of sintering time.When the sintering time reached 30 minutes,the resistivity remained basically unchanged and the lowest resistivity could reach 3.325×10-5Ω·m.The tensile strain of the sensor has good cyclic responsiveness and can be used as the basic component of human health activity monitoring for medical health monitoring,which provides a reference for the research of flexible sensors.
