Abstract
Due to the differences in structure and properties between hemp fiber and cotton fiber,the dyeing properties of yarns with different blending ratios are also different,and there are problems such as poor dark dye-ing fastness.In order to improve the dyeing properties of hemp/cotton blended yarn,three types of hemp/cotton blended yarns with different blending ratios were taken as the research objects.Through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,the effects of sodium sulfate concentration,soda concentration,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on yarn K/S value and fixation rate were explored,and the dyeing process parameters were opti-mized.After optimization of the dyeing process for three types of hemp/cotton blended yarns,the K/S values and color fixation rate had significantly improved,effectively enhancing the dark color dyeing effect of the blended yarns.The experiment results indicated that the optimal dyeing process for hemp/cotton blended yarn(55/45)was as follows:sodium sulfate concentration of 120 g/L,soda concentration of 30 g/L,dyeing temperature of 60℃,and dyeing time of 80 min.The optimal process parameters for hemp/cotton blended yarn(30/70)were so-dium sulfate concentration of 140 g/L,soda concentration of 30 g/L,dyeing temperature of 60℃,and dyeing time of 70 min.The optimized process for hemp/cotton blended yarn(15/85)involved sodium sulfate concentra-tion of 140 g/L,soda concentration of 20 g/L,dyeing temperature of 60℃,and dyeing time of 60 min.The im-proved dyeing processes significantly enhanced the color fixation rate and color yield of hemp/cotton blended yarns,providing a theoretical foundation for practical industrial production.关键词
