Abstract
In order to enrich the chromatography and develop natural dyes with good color fastness,natural dyes from waste chestnut shell were selected to dye pure cotton knitted fabrics.In order to solve the problem of unevenness in the bulk dyeing process of pure cotton knitted fabrics dyed by chestnut shell natural dyes,the rela-tionships among dyeing pH value,levelness and dyeing K/S value were studied,the causes of unevenness in bulk dyeing were analyzed and the dyeing process was improved.The results showed that the suitable modifier and process:modifier SH 40 g/L,NaOH 15 g/L,modified at 80℃for 30 min.suitable dyeing process:the pH value was 5,the sodium sulfate was 4 g/L,the defoamer was 0.3 g/L,and dyeing at 90℃for 60 min.Under these conditions,the pure cotton knitted fabrics dyed with chestnut shell natural dyes showed good levelness and expected K/S value,and the warp and weft rubbing fastness,fastness to soap washing and fastness to sunlight of the cotton knitted fabrics reached grade 3 or above.This study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the bulk production application of chestnut shell natural dyes,and puts forward a new idea for the waste re-source utilization and the sustainable development of natural dyes.关键词
