摘要

Abstract

Bacterial cellulose(BC),as a kind of nanocellulose produced by microorganisms,possesses a variety of excellent properties.However,after drying,its low transparency and high brittleness limit its applica-tions in many fields.In this study,by using ionic liquids EmimAC as plasticizers and conductive medium,flexi-ble transparent conductive BC films(EAcBC composite films)were prepared through an impregnation method.The effects of temperature and EmimAC concentration on the microstructure,mechanical properties,transparen-cy,conductivity and thermal stability of EAcBC composite films were analyzed.The results indicate that the opti-mal EAcBC composite film can be prepared at 50℃with the ionic liquid concentration of 30%.Compared with the BC film,the elongation at break and transmittance of the prepared composite EAcBC film improved by 12.35 times and 27%respectively,and the conductivity reached 0.0114 S/cm.The composite film shows potential ap-plication prospect in the fields of wearable devices and electronic substrate materials.
