摘要

Abstract

Through electrostatic spinning,piezoelectric nanofiber membranes were prepared by blending elas-tic thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)with piezoelectric polymer(PVDF).The mass ratio of TPU and PVDF was varied to make the elastic modulus of the blended nanofiber membrane.The elastic modulus of the pure PVDF nanofiber membrane was 8.03 MPa,and the elastic modulus of the PVDF/TPU nanofiber membrane in-creased to 12.26 MPa when TPU was added at a mass ratio of 25%.The piezoelectric response of the nanofiber membrane of pure PVDF was 3.88 V under a force of 20 N while that of the nanofiber membrane of PVDF/TPU(75:25)was able to reach 6.5 V of voltage.0.9 V voltage could be generated when the membrane was fixed at the finger joint and the finger was bent at 90°,indicating that the composite piezoelectric membrane had a good piezoelectric response.The piezoelectric output of the membrane remained almost unchanged when it was pressed repeatedly for 500 times,which opened up a new direction for the development of piezoelectric sensors with more scene applicability and long-term stability.
