生物医用伤口敷料的材料及结构设计研究进展
Research Progress in Materials and Structural Design of Biomedical Wound Dressing
摘要
Abstract
Wound dressings play a crucial role in the healing and repair of traumatic wounds.Traditional wound dressings have problems such as secondary injury during replacement,susceptibility to infection after wet-ting and poor patient comfort,making the research and development of novel biomedical wound dressings urgently needed.Based on this,a systematic review was provided from three aspects:the types of currently available bio-medical wound dressing materials,the structural design of wound dressings and future development directions.The wound dressing materials included natural materials,synthetic polymer materials and composite materials.In terms of the structural design of wound dressings,various fabric formation techniques such as knitting,weaving,non-woven fabrics and their composite structures were utilized in the design of wound dressings.Meanwhile,hy-drogel structures and 3D printing technology exhibited unique advantages in structural design.Finally,the future development direction of novel biomedical wound dressings was prospected.The purpose of this summary and re-view was to provide references for theoretical research and serial product development in the field of novel bio-medical wound dressings.关键词
