Empowering Digital Rural Construction with New Quality Productive Forces:Theoretical Logic,Practical Issues,and Implementation Paths
摘要
Abstract
The new quality productive forces extend strong support to high-quality agricultural development,modern rural governance,and common prosperity of farmers'lives through technological innovation,mode transformation,and resource sharing.The issue of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is of paramount importance to the work of the entire Party.However,at present,in the process of empowering digital rural construction with new quality productive forces,there are practical issues such as insufficient support for sustainable agricultural development,prominent contradictions in the rural digital governance system,and a relative shortage of high-quality rural talents.To address the issues,improvements should be made from three aspects,including strengthening the support of digital infrastructure and optimizing the agricultural science and technology innovation system;deepening the integration and connection of digital technologies and improving the digital governance mechanism in rural areas;consolidating the foundation of high-quality digital talents and enhancing the digital literacy of rural residents.关键词
