The"Double-system Training"Talent Cultivation Model Empowers High-quality Employment of College Students in Applied Universities

Abstract
In the past decade,influenced by the Internet,colleges and universities have widely set up computer majors,leading to increasing number of graduates.However,with popularized artificial intelligence,fluctuating employment demand,and disintegration of talent training mode of domestic colleges with the market,there has been difficult employment for graduates of this major.Taking the computer major of Chongqing College of Mobile Communication as an example,this study compares and analyzes the training characteristics of computer-related talents in colleges at home and abroad in the past five years,and carries out practical exploration on the"double-system training"mode,aiming to draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience,deal with employment problems,and seek effective ways to train high-quality computer professionals.It is expected to provide useful reference for promoting the development of computer education and improving the quality of employment.关键词
