煤粉富氧无焰燃烧着火条件的实验与模拟研究
Experimental and modeling investigations on ignition conditions of oxy-fuel flameless combustion of pulverized coal

Abstract
[Objective]In order to study the ignition conditions and control methods of oxygen-enriched flameless combustion of pulverized coal,the ignition conditions of pulverized coal under different atmosphere conditions were analyzed.[Methods]In this paper,the ignition characteristics of pulverized coal under different temperatures(800℃and 1 000℃)and different atmosphere conditions(air,21%O2/CO2 and 27%O2/CO2)were tested by high-speed camera optical observation and two-color particle temperature thermometer in high-temperature drop tube furnace,and the experimental data were analyzed by CFD numerical simulation.[Results]The results showed that the air combustion at 800℃ showed a flameless combustion mode,while the air combustion at 1 000℃showed obvious particle ignition and temperature jump,which belonged to flame combustion.Under the condition of 1 000℃oxygen-enriched combustion,21%O2/CO2 shows a flameless mode,and the peak temperature of the particles is about 900℃,while 27%O2/CO2 shows a flame mode,and the peak temperature of the particles exceeds 1 200℃.The numerical simulation results show that the flame length under the condition of 21%O2/CO2 is distributed between 0.24~0.68 m from the nozzle,and the flame temperature is low,which is beneficial to suppress the generation of thermal NOx.[Conclusion]Small pulverized coal particles,low oxygen concentration and low temperature are conducive to the formation of flameless combustion mode.The research results can provide some theoretical guidance for the design and regulation of pulverized coal oxy-fuel flameless combustion to decrese NOx emission.关键词
