Abstract

The dynamic nature and uncertainty of power systems over time result in varying scheduling priorities for distribution networks under different operating conditions.To address the specific needs of various scenarios,this paper proposes a self-target-driven coordinated optimization and scheduling strategy for the active distribution networks.By dynamically adjusting the scheduling objectives,the strategy fully uses the synergies between distributed energy resources and flexible loads,enabling the effective coordination of diverse controllable resources within the distribution network.Firstly,dynamic scheduling objectives are determined based on the operating characteristics of the grid.Secondly,mathematical models of various types of flexible loads and distributed resources are constructed,and a second-order cone relaxation-based power flow model for the distribution network is developed.Finally,a scheduling model for active distribution networks with dynamically adjusted objective priorities is established.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy can track changes in grid operating conditions,meet the scheduling needs of different time periods,and maintain dynamic balance between system optimization goals.Additionally,this paper provides a comparative analysis of the scheduling characteristics of various types of flexible loads.
