我国农林高校教育经费投入对科研产出的影响研究
Research on the Influence of Educational Funding Input on Scientific Research Output in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges and Universities in China

Abstract
China's higher agricultural education is at a critical stage of deepening reform.Under the background of intensified global scientific and technological competition and rural revitalization as a na-tional strategy,agriculture-related colleges and universities' education,and scientific research forces have been given a new mission.Taking agricultural and forestry colleges and universities as examples,this study describes and analyzes these institutions' current state of educational funding and research output.A regression model is constructed to explore the impact of university funding on enhancing the number of high-quality papers,promoting the development of key research projects,and advancing the dissemination and application of research results.The regression results show that government fiscal al-locations and revenue positively impact the output of high-quality papers in agricultural and forestry col-leges and universities.However,the number of high-quality research projects in agricultural and forest-ry colleges and universities remains insufficient,with limited support for key research projects from gov-ernment fiscal allocations,revenue,and other income sources.Fiscal revenue has a significant impact on the output of authorized invention patents.Based on the relevant research conclusions,some suggestions are put forward:optimize the use of government financial allocation and accurately support high-quality scientific research output;strengthen the management of scientific research projects and promote the positive cycle mechanism of input and output;promote diversified income for scientific research applica-tions;and establish a comprehensive scientific research incentive and support system.关键词
