Innovation and Optimization Paths of Economics Talent Cultivation Models in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract
As an essential component of philosophy and social sciences,Economics requires its talent cultivation model to adapt to the requirements of new liberal arts education construction.Investigating the current situation of talent cultivation in Economics majors at colleges and universities in Anhui Province revealed issues in curriculum system construction,teaching models,practical teaching,innova-tion ability cultivation,and faculty development.In the context of new liberal arts education construc-tion,colleges and universities in Anhui Province should actively explore new innovative paths for talent cultivation in Economics,like deepening the reform of the curriculum system and building a scientific and reasonable knowledge system that meets the needs of the times;creating an intelligent teaching en-vironment to improve teaching effectiveness;strengthening practical teaching to enhance students' prac-tical abilities;innovating talent cultivation models with a focus on cultivating students' innovative think-ing and comprehensive qualities,and strengthening faculty development to build a high-quality,profes-sional,and innovating teaching team that provides solid support for the cultivation of Economics tal-ents.关键词
