产教融合视角下南京农业大学助推乡村振兴的育人模式探索与实践

Abstract
The integration of industry and education can organically promote the integrated development of education,science,and technology talents and promote the organic connection between the education chain,talent chain,innovation chain,and industrial chain.It is an effective way to lead agricultural col-leges and universities to cultivate high-level talents and promote rural revitalization.However,the cur-rent education mode of industry-education integration in agricultural colleges and universities still faces many challenges like imperfect coordination mechanisms.Based on reviewing the policy guidance and literature on industry-education integration,this study has systematically combed the problems existing in cultivating high-level talents by industry-education integration in agricultural colleges and universi-ties.To promote rural revitalization,Nanjing Agricultural University has put forward effective paths like school-enterprise cooperation,on-campus education,and teaching reform,co-construction of talent training bases for industry-education integration in rural revitalization,construction of coordination mechanism and guarantee system for school-enterprise industry-education integration talent training,and exploration of the formation of"industry-education interaction,dual-teacher coordination"talent train-ing mode.It has opened up a new path for cultivating high-level talents in the new era who serve the o-verall revitalization of rural areas,develop new quality productivity,and build a strong country.关键词
