摘要

Abstract

Data-driven wisdom teaching has reached a wide consensus as an effective way to build a high-quality education system.This paper aims to study the dynamic incentive mechanism of data-driven wisdom teaching based on ARCS model.First,the core elements of ARCS model used by this mechanism are analyzed,and the correlation between them and data-driven intelligent teaching motivation is established.Secondly,under the guidance of ARCS model,a dual source driven motivation model of"internal power mechanism+external power mechanism"for wisdom teaching is constructed,and data-driven wisdom teaching is taken as an effective tool to improve the efficiency of teaching implementation,development and organization,so that all participants can get satisfaction,happiness and sense of gain,so as to significantly improve the teaching quality andcultivate a new type of professional personnel with innovative spirit and practical ability.
