关于新时代高校教师师德评价指标体系构建的思考

Abstract
Scientific and effective evaluation and supervision are important measures to strengthen the construction of teachers'ethic team.The construction of the indicator system for evaluating teachers'ethic must be guided by the socialist core values,guided by relevant documents on the construction of teachers'ethic in higher institutions,based on the professional ethics standards of higher institutions'teachers,and guided by the principles of scientific,systematicity,guidance,and development.The construction of the indicator system for evaluating teachers'ethic should include dimensions such as political character,education and teaching,academic research,and student development.At the same time,it is necessary to handle the combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators,the integration of process and outcome indicators,and the addition of positive and negative lists.In its specific application,full consideration should also be given to details such as the determination of multiple evaluation subjects and the design of evaluation subject weights.关键词
