"红绿蓝"视角下"行走的思政课堂"路径研究
摘要
Abstract
This study takes the"walking ideological and political classroom"as the carrier,with the"red,green,and blue"ideological and political brands as the focus perspective,and constructs the overall framework of the"walking ideological and political classroom",completesthe 4×4 matrix operation mechanism,establishes a school enterprise craftsman college,and carries out activities such as high-skilled talent cultivation,training,and appraisal.Through practical models such as school enterprise cooperation,integration of industry and education,linkage of the three classrooms,and craftsman culture festivals,ideological and political education can be achieved by moving towards society,enterprises,and practice.Through extending the"walking ideological and political classroom",it carries out labor ideological education in primary and secondary schools,providing new technology training,national identity education,and civilized Chinese education for rural communities.Schools and enterprises carry out education on"technological innovation+craftsmanship spirit".Through"walking ideological and political classroom"education,students'support,basic psychological needs satisfaction,and learning motivation are perceived,and the impact of"walking ideological and political classroom"on the cultivation of highly skilled talents is clarified.关键词
