核酸感应模式识别受体在机体抗白念珠菌感染中的作用研究进展
Research progress in the roles of nucleic acid-sensing pattern recognition receptors in the host defense against Candida albicans infection
摘要
Abstract
Many commensal organisms exist in the normal human body,and Candida albicans is one of the more common commensal fungi.Candida albicans transforms from a normal to a pathogenic fungus when there is a disturbance in the immune system.The host triggers an innate immune response to recognize pathogenic bacteria and fight against infection mainly through pattern recognition receptors(PRRs),including Toll-like receptors(TLRs),NOD-like receptors(NLRs),RIG-Ⅰ-like receptors(RLRs),AIM2-like receptors(ALRs)and C-type lectin-like receptors(CLRs).PRRs that recognise nucleic acids of foreign or self-pathogens are known as nucleic acid-sensing PRRs.On the one hand,some nucleic acid-sensing PRRs mediate the secretion of chemokines and cytokines to fight against Candida albicans infections via neutrophils or produce interferons to protect the host from invasion.On the other hand,these receptors can promote host infection by inhibiting AKT activation,enhancing macrophage apoptosis and impairing phagocytosis and bactericidal function of macrophages.This review will discuss the important roles of nucleic acid-sensing PRRs in the host defense against Candida albicans infection and its complex mechanism,which will bring new insights and directions for future clinical treatment of Candida albicans infection.关键词
