蛋白激酶MAP4K1调节免疫信号转导的研究进展
Research progress on protein kinase MAP4K1 in regulating immune signal transduction
摘要
Abstract
MAP4K1 is a serine/threonine protein kinase belonging to the mammalian STE20 protein kinase family.Members of this family are highly conserved and widely expressed in eukaryotes,playing crucial roles in cell survival,stress responses,and cytokine signaling transduction.As a hematopoietic-specific protein kinase,MAP4K1 is involved in regulating multiple intracellular signaling cascades,including the MAPK pathway,JNK pathway,apoptosis and inflammatory signals.MAP4K1 not only participates in the signal transduction of T and B cell receptors in adaptive immune responses but also plays a key role in the function of innate immune cells and antiviral immunity.The inhibition of MAP4K1 is associated with the immune function of T cells and is related to the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors,making it a potential target for tumor immunotherapy.This article reviews the protein structural characteristics of MAP4K1,as well as its functions and regulatory mechanisms in T/B cell immune signal transduction,innate immune antiviral signaling,and NF-κB signaling.It provides a scientific basis and new ideas for immunotherapy,tumor diagnosis,and the treatment of autoimmune diseases.关键词
