摘要
Abstract
Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a global public health problem,which is prone to cardiovascular disease(CVD),renal anemia and electrolyte disorders.Among them,CVD is one of the most common and serious complications.Right ventricle(RV)function plays an important role in the clinical manifestations and prognosis of various CVD.The progression of CKD will gradually lead to RV dysfunction,and early detection of RV function changes in CKD patients is particularly important for the prevention and treatment of related adverse cardiac lesions.Compared with traditional echocardiographic techniques,new echocardiographic techniques such as speckle tracking imaging,real-time three-dimensional and four-dimensional right ventricular volume quantification can early detect and quantitatively evaluate RV structural and functional changes,and provide strong support for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of CKD patients.关键词
