高职护生儿童期心理虐待对非自杀性自伤行为的影响:疏离感与自我控制的链式中介作用OA

Objective:To explore and analyze the relationship between non-suicidal self injury(NSSI)behavior and childhood psychological abuse,alienation,and self-control among vocational nursing students.Methods:Using cluster sampling method,543 first-year nursing students from the Medical and Nursing School of Xuancheng Vocational and Technical College were selected to investigate their basic information,NSSI,childhood psychological abuse,alienation,and self-control.Using SPSS 29.0 statistical software to analyze data,t-test to analyze intergroup differences,Harman one-way analysis to test common method bias,Pearson correlation analysis to analyze correlation,and PROCESS 4.0 to analyse mediation effect and construct modeling.Results:Childhood psychological abuse has a positive predictive effect on NSSI and alienation(P＜0.001);with a negative predictive effect on self-control(P＜0.001);the chain mediation effect of alienation and self-control on the occurrence of NSSI in childhood psychological abuse was significant(effect value:0.055,SE=0.012 1,95%CI:0.032-0.083).Conclusion:Childhood psychological abuse can affect the occurrence of NSSI through a chain mediated effect between alienation and self-control.More attention should be paid to nursing students who have experienced psychological abuse during childhood,improving their sense of alienation and self-control,and reducing the occurrence of NSSI.
