双碳形式下供热系统能效提升及案例分析
Energy efficiency improvement of heating systems under the dual carbon context and case analysis

Abstract
In order to improve the energy efficiency of heating system,achieve the goal of carbon emission reduction,reduce the operation cost of enterprises,and improve the efficiency of energy utilization,a heating project of a heating company in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province was taken as a case study.Based on the operation data of three consecutive heating periods from 2019 to 2022,the key reasons for the low energy efficiency of the system were diagnosed through the calculation of energy consumption index and the analysis of hydraulic model,and specific suggestions for energy efficiency improvement were given.The results show that the project has typical problems such as excessive average annual energy consumption,hydraulic imbalance of secondary network,insufficient plate exchange efficiency,excessive selection of primary network return water booster pump and imperfect thermal insulation of building envelope.The theoretical calculation shows that the energy saving rate of 71.9%can be achieved by the transformation of the primary network return water pressure pump.The installation of the Internet of things balance valve or the split of the large heat exchange station can effectively improve the hydraulic imbalance problem.Optimizing the water quality management and plate exchange operation parameters can improve the heat exchange efficiency.Strengthening the thermal insulation measures of the building envelope can significantly reduce the heat transfer coefficient and reduce the heat loss.This study provides a systematic solution for the energy-saving renovation of heating systems through multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis.It not only reveals the common technical shortcomings in the industry,but also provides an operational theoretical basis and practical path for thermal enterprises to implement energy-saving and consumption reduction and promote sustainable development.关键词
