Abstract
Water quality monitoring is an important means for evaluating the health status and pollution degree of water bodies.As a key component of water quality monitoring,biological indicators can directly reflect the health condition of ecosystem and the pollution degree of water bodies,providing scientific basis for water resources management.This article first elaborates on the significance of biological indicators in water quality monitoring,covering aspects such as reflecting the health status of ecosystem,indicating the degree of water pollution,and providing scientific basis for water resource management.Then,it introduces various monitoring methods for biological indicators in water quality monitoring,including biological community investigation method,molecular biology methods,immunological methods,and biosensor technology,etc.Finally,through comparative test cases,it discusses the design of monitoring methods for biological indicators in water quality monitoring.关键词
