摘要

Abstract

Cracks often occur in the sluice floor after concrete placement.By measuring the temperature of several characteristic points in the bottom plate,the temperature-time history of the bottom plate is obtained,and the method of embedding cooling water pipes is proposed to prevent cracks.Using ANSYS finite element software,the sluice floor is simulated and calculated,and the change of stress field is deeply analyzed.The results show that embedding cooling water pipes is an effective method to prevent concrete cracking.By controlling the temperature distribution inside the concrete,the temperature difference is reduced and the crack is prevented.
