Abstract
The traditional management mode of water conservancy project has some problems,such as extensive management,low resource utilization rate and poor effect,which cannot meet the requirements of high efficiency and high quality of modern water conservancy and hydropower projects.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt the fine management mode to solve the defect existing in traditional management and promote the high-quality development of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Based on this,the paper introduces the concept of fine management,and discusses the role of fine management in the management of water conservancy and hydropower projects,such as improving the quality of engineering construction,creating a good working environment,and improving the comprehensive benefits of the project,as well as the application of fine management in project planning and design optimization,construction management,cost control and budget management.关键词
