Abstract
With the increasing demand for water resources in economic and social development,the engineering maintenance and management in irrigation district needs to be improved.How to improve the level of engineering management in irrigation district is a difficult problem for the management in the irrigation district.The establishment of market-oriented,professional and socialized maintenance system and the separation of the engineering management and maintenance are effective means to improve engineering management and maintenance and reduce costs of maintenance and management.Taking the Qinhe River Water Irrigation District as an example,this paper discusses the idea of improving the level of engineering maintenance and management in the irrigation district.关键词
