Abstract
In the paper the problems in the construction management of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects in Nanyang City are analyzed.The main problems include the insufficient capabilities of water administrative departments,the inadequate quality and safety supervision capacity,and the insufficient performance capabilities of project legal entities,which restrict the construction of projects.In order to address the common problems in the construction management of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects in Nanyang City in recent years,further strengthen the weak links,and effectively promote the high-quality development of project construction,the countermeasures mainly include three aspects:improving the management system and enhancing management capabilities,strengthening contract performance supervision and promoting the standardization of project construction,and strengthening financial security and ensuring the safety of funds.关键词
