Abstract
Precast blocks made of hard concrete are often used in channel regulation engineering for slope protection.Due to the large quantity and complex shape,reasonable production process parameters are very important for the molding and strength development of the blocks.The influence of vibration frequency and duration on the strength of concrete specimens was studied and analyzed by comparing the compressive strength of precast blocks with four groups of vibration parameters under different water-cement ratios,and then the optimal vibration frequency,vibration duration and water-cement ratio were determined.The vibration frequency and duration were positively correlated with the compressive strength of the precast hard concrete blocks.When the vibration frequency was 3 800 r/min and the vibration time was 30 s,the increase in compressive strength slowed down.Considering the compactness of aggregate,moldability,and economic optimization,the optimal vibration parameters of the precast hard concrete blocks for slope protection were selected as the vibration frequency of 3 800 r/min and the vibration time of 30 s.关键词
