Abstract
Establishment of a scientific and reasonable asset management framework can not only improve the efficiency of asset utilization,but also reduce management costs and ensure the normal operation of water conservancy administrative institutions.This article aims to explore in depth the asset management framework for water conservancy administrative institutions,covering the correct management process for asset acquisition and maintenance,and the management of consumables and spare parts.The paper also discusses the strategies to ensure effective implementation of these processes in practical operations,and evaluates the dimensions for assessing the implementation outcomes,which is a comprehensive review of the logic of asset management for water conservancy administrative institutions.关键词
