Effect of Autophagy on Hormonal Femoral Head Necrosis Based on Bone Homeostasis
摘要
Abstract
Hormonal femoral head necrosis is an important type of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis,which is mainly caused by the improper use of hormones to cause the destruction of femoral head osteocytes and bone marrow components,resulting in abnormal ex-pression of osteoblasts,osteoclasts and osteocytes,that is,bone homeostasis.Autophagy can regulate the activity of osteoblasts and osteo-clasts and protect osteocytes by recycling the cell's own energy substances and play a role in maintaining bone homeostasis.Autophagy with different levels of activity can have positive or negative regulatory results on bone homeostasis.关键词
