从肾主气化探析糖尿病肾脏病自噬
Autophagy Mechanism of Diabetic Kidney Disease Based on Kidney Governing Qi Transformation
摘要
Abstract
Autophagy removes and reutilizes damaged organelles and proteins through the lysosomal degradation pathway,representing a form of programmed cell death for self-metabolism and renewal,which can be involved in various pathogenic mechanisms of diabetic kidney disease(DKD).The concept that the Kidne governing Qi transformation is a high-level summary of renal physiological func-tions.Based on the theory of Kidney governing Qi transformation,this paper proposes that autophagy is an important manifestation of the Kidney governing Qi transformation function.Autophagy degrades damaged organelles and proteins through"self-eating",renewing en-ergy and maintaining normal cell metabolism and homeostasis,which aligns with the traditional Chinese medicine view of the Kidney co-ordinating the mutual cultivation,distribution,and transformation processes of Qi,blood,and body Fluids.Insufficient autophagy in DKD aligns with the mechanism of Kidney Qi deficiency;the accumulation of abnormal proteins and organelles caused by insufficient autoph-agy,along with oxidative stress,inflammation,and fibrosis,reflects the micro-level representation of failure of Kidney governing Qi transformation as well as the internal accumulation of Phlegm,Dampness and toxin.关键词
