基于自噬探讨中药治疗帕金森病的研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Parkinson's Disease Based on Autophagy

Abstract
The abnormal aggregation of α-synuclein(α-syn)and mitochondrial dysfunction are one of the main pathological mecha-nisms of Parkinson's disease(PD).Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate cell autophagy and mitophagy through multiple path-ways,promoting the degradation of α-syn and the clearance of damaged mitochondria,thereby reducing neuronal toxicity and protecting dopaminergic neurons.Current research lacks sufficient clinical evidence and the following future research directions are recommended:First,existing studies mostly focus on cell or animal models,lacking large-scale clinical studies to provide further evidence-based medical support;Scond,the specific pathways of certain traditional Chinese medicines remain to be clarified,and future research could delve into elucidating the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine,improving the evidence chain for clinical treatment of PD;Third,based on current research,there may be cases of excessive activation of autophagy in PD.Hence,it is necessary to find a balance point between activation and inhibition.Guided by the traditional Chinese medicine theory of yin-yang balance,future studies could analyze the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on different autophagy pathways or explore the dynamic balance of autophagy based on the synergistic effects of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
