Correlation Between Gut Microecology and Allergic Constitution
摘要
Abstract
The gut microecology is an important structure for maintaining health,and the imbalance of gut microecology is related to the occurrence of allergic diseases.According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution theory,the allergic constitution is an in-herent factor in the onset of allergic diseases,and regulating the allergic constitution is a method for preventing and treating these disea-ses.The basic principles of TCM constitution theory include endowment genetic theory,life process theory,form and spirit composition theory,and environmental restriction theory.The gut microecology influenced by genetic endowment may be the foundation for the forma-tion of allergic constitution and the occurrence of allergic diseases;the dynamic changes in gut microecology and the development of TCM constitution also exhibit phase characteristics,with abnormal changes indicating the onset of allergic diseases;the composition and operation within the gut microecology,as well as abnormal emotions such as anxiety and depression,are associated with the occurrence and severity of allergic diseases;environmental factors such as diet,climate,and air pollution can prevent or promote the occurrence of allergic diseases by affecting gut microecology,and TCM formulations can prevent and treat allergic diseases by regulating gut microecol-ogy.关键词
