基于"玄府气液"学说论治糖尿病泌汗异常
Treatment of Abnormal Sweating in Diabetes Based on Theory of"Xuan Fu Qi Ye"
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of abnormal sweating in diabetes is closely related to the theory of"Xuan Fu Qi Ye".The loss of regulation in opening or closing of the Xuan Fu is the fundamental cause of abnormal sweating in diabetes,and the disharmony of Qi and Ye is the central aspect of this condition.Irregular diet,indulgence in rich and fatty foods,damage to the Spleen and Stomach,stagnation of Qi flow,obstruction of Qi ascent and descent,internal generation of Phlegm and Dampness,limited metabolic circulation and the regulatory functions of the Xuan Fu,leading to its blockage.Based on the theory of"Xuan Fu Qi Ye",abnormal sweating in diabetes can be classi-fied according to its characteristics into syndromes such as Heat and Qi obstruction,Phlegm and Dampness obstruction,blood stasis stag-nation as well as Yin and Yang disharmony.In treatment,the flexible use of"Wind dispelling herbs"combined synergistically with toni-fying,Dampness dispelling,and blood activating herbs,to effectively dredge the Xuan Fu,smooth Qi Ye,and to harmonize Yin and Yang.关键词
