从气血水理论辨治寻常型银屑病
Treating Common Psoriasis Based on Theory of Qi-Blood-Water
摘要
Abstract
The progression of common psoriasis is often due to the Qi stagnation of Zang and Fu,which affects the metabolism of body Fluids,leading to Damp-Heat entanglement and retention under the skin.Various pathogenic factors interact and cause the disease.During the stationary phase,there is a loss of Qi,blood and body Fluids,causing stasis and stagnation due to deficiency.With residual Evil Factors and even slight obstruction by Phlegm and stasis,a pathological state of mixed condition of deficiency and excess would be resulted in.During the regression phase,residual pathogenic Qi and obstruction of the Qi mechanism leads to mutual transformation of blood and Water,causing stasis in the meridians and collaterals,making skin lesions difficult to resolve over time.In clinical diagnosis and treatment of common psoriasis,innovate differential diagnosis ideas and methods based on the theory of Qi,blood and Water can be applied,with emphasis on maintaining a balanced state among the three,while the focus varies by stage.The onset of the progressive phase is primarily characterized by severe Heat and Toxin as well as Phlegm-Dampness accumulation,so the treatment should be focus on regulating the Qi mechanism and clearing Heat to eliminate Phlegm.The stationary phase is mainly characterized by Zheng Qi defi-ciency,slightly mixed with substantial Evil Factors,so the treatment should be primarily supporting the Zheng Qi and strengthening the Spleen,supplemented by eliminating method.In the regression phase,there is significant obstruction in the collaterals,so the treatment should focus on resolving stasis and unblocking the meridians.关键词
