基于"浊邪害清"探析双心疾病的辨治
Diagnosis and Treatment of Dual Heart Disease Based on"Turbidity Harming Clear Qi"
摘要
Abstract
The core pathogenesis of dual-heart disease(co-morbidity of cardiovascular disease and mental disorders)lies in Phlegm-Turbidity,Dampness-Turbidity,and stasis-Turbidity obstructing the clear orifices,resulting in disharmony between the Heart meridi-an and the spirit.The Turbidity Evil Factor is caused by dysfunction of the Lung,Spleen and Kidney,leading to chest obstruction and heart pain as well as depressive conditions.The Turbidity Evil Factor corresponds to pathological processes such as metabolic disorders.Clinical treatment of dual heart disease should follow the principles of"transforming Turbidity to unblock collaterals and elevating clear Qi to ease the mind,with formulas that disperse Phlegm,relieve Dampness and invigorate blood circulation combined with regulating the ascending and descending of Qi as well as soothing the Liver and calming the spirit.In essence,the intervention strategy should follow the principles of eliminating Turbidity Evil Factor-restoring the clear Yang Qi-regulating the spirit.Specific treatment principles in-clude the followings:at the onset of the disease,strengthening the Spleen and elevating the clear Qi and regulating the flow of Qi;during the course of the illness,elevating clear Qi and reducing Turbidity and balancing Yin and Yang;for chronic conditions,nurturing both body and mind,with concurrent treatment and prevention for the disease.关键词
