从"天明则日月不明"探析肺失清肃对心系疾病的影响

摘要
Abstract
The theory of"Tian Meng Ze Ri Yue Bu Ming"is a high-level summary of the relationship between the Lung and the Heart,which expands the connotation of chest Qi obstruction with weak"Cun pulse and string Chi pulse".Lung's failing in Qi descend-ing and cleaning respiratory tract can lead to lung disease transmitting to Heart!In treatment of Heart Yang paralysis obstruction,the following should be understood:the Heart Yang should be tonified first since if the Heart Yang stagnates the pulse channel would be blocked,so the treatment of chest Qi obstruction and other heart diseases are often treated from the perspective of the Lungs.In modern medicine research,it has been found that lung diseases are closely related to cardiovascular diseases and lung diseases can cause various cardiovascular diseases,especially ischemic heart disease,atherosclerosis is an important pathological basis for ischemic heart disease.Lung diseases can induce the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis through various pathways such as hypoxia,inflammatory re-action,blood lipid metabolism disorder,oxidative stress,that is,lung disease can paralyze Heart Yang and cause heart disease.This proves the scientific connotation of the theory of"Tian Meng Ze Ri Yue Bu Ming"in a way,and it is also of great significance for the prevention and treatment of ischemic heart disease.关键词
