基于《伤寒杂病论》及金元四大家经典视角探讨胃食管反流病辨治思路
Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease from Classics of Shang Han Za Bing Lun and Four Great Masters in Jin and Yuan Dynasties

Abstract
The pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease can be attributed to Cold and Heat Evil Factors,as Zhu Danxi stated in Ju Fang Fa Hui:"thecause of Vomiting acid is considered Heat in Su Wen while Dong Yuan refered to it as Cold."Clinically,Heat syn-drome is more commonly seen in this disease,which can be summarized in Huang Di Nei Jing"as follows:"All of the cases of vomiting acid and violently diarrhea is due to Heat".The syndromes are mainly divided into three types:Liver Heat,stagnant Heat,and Damp-ness Heat,as discussed in most details by Zhang Zhongjing and Zhu Danxi,followed by Liu Wansu and Zhang Congzheng.On the other hand,Cold syndrome is also not uncommon in clinical settings,and its mechanism can be summarized by Zhu Danxi in Ju Fang Fa Hui as follows:"all of the various cases of hardened distensions,abdominal fullness with acute pain and vomiting foul substance belongs to Cold".The syndromes are mainly divided into three types:vacuous Heat,mixed Cold and Heat,and vacuous Cold,which was discussed in great detailed by Zhang Zhongjing and Li Dongyuan.In treatment,it is essential to first clarify the distinctions between Cold and Heat,observe the differences between excess Heat and vacuous Cold,as well as the distinctions among the Zang and Fu,in order to ap-ply medications flexibly.关键词
